    The seller says 1649, but it is either a 1650 or 1651. Reason: the fact that the assayer's mark is on both sides of the shield.

    It's good to see the Capitana coins bringing some decent prices. They are some of the best quality shipwreck cobs in my opinion. There are some beautiful coins in the auction catalog....Stan
