The top coin seems to be a maravedis minted during the reign of Ferdinand VII ( 1808-1833). The date appears to show an '8' and then a '2'. The small loop at the back of his head is part of his headband--another clue. The denomination of the coin can be quickly determined by its diameter: 2M=20MM; 4M=25MM; and a 8M coin=30MM.
The design on the reverse is aligned when the single fleur de lis (in the center shield) is at the 6 o'clock position. The main feature on the reverse is called the Cross of Pelayo.
Examples of these coins are found here: http://www.maravedis.org/fernando7.html

Joey: What is the diameter of each coin in mm.; or show a US coin next to them.
Need to know what denomination the coin is before any value can be placed.
I'll also try to get a more exact description of the second coin--tomorrow.

The second coin (as Cuzco mentioned above) is a maravedi from the reign of Isabel II. The obverse will read: "Isabel 2 POR LA G DE DIOS Y LA CONST. (year)". The reverse: "REYNA DE LAS ESPANAS". One lion and one castle feature are visible. Again, what denomination in maravedis the coin is will be determined by the diameter in mm. If a 2, then 19mm; if a 4, then 24 MM; and if an 8 (as Cuzco mentioned) then the diameter will be 28MM.
Which is yours?

So now you know the probable denomination of each coin.
I see that the "Reina de las Espanas" coin probably has the word 'FILIPINAS' added to that legend; obviously, it's then from the Philippines. If from the Philippines, then maybe the possible mint location(s) are reduced to one. (Coin values can differ between mint locations alone.)
Condition, too, affects value. Yours, regrettably, are what they are--'good', at best, IMHO. Now you can search the Net and/or get an opinion of value from others here who are experts in this field.
