    Cob recently found at a new site

    Appears to be 1683, Seville mint.

    Hello Bill,
    Nice snag...it's not Seville.
    It's from South America, Bolivia. date maybe 1723? ...appears to be a cut 1 reales equal to a 1/2 real.
    Let me magnify it and see what that middle digit is 1700s for sure.
