Identify a 8 reales cob

One of my friends have found this cob.
Can you help me to identify it. Is it spanish coin,bolivia coin...
How to clean it? Or maybe you think it's better not to clean it !

Definitly a Spanish 8 Reale, looks like 1792, hard to see. Ferdinand the 6th. Good shape. That is really a milled coin, not a cob, which are pounded by hand. That is made with a machine, similar to how they are made now. Oh, and your english is perfect. And dont clean it, at this point. It looks good, and has some corrosion, but cleaning it too much would hurt its value. Maybe just soak it in fresh water and let it dry.
