When you put the solution on the gold marks on stone.If it is gold, the color should not turn green, it should stay the same color gold.

What you have looks like a copy of the FERDINAND & ISABELLA coin (Catholic Kings). The shield is of CASTILE AND LÉON
in Spain.

There are several mints and were made in 1-reale, 2-reales, 4-reales silver cobs between 1469-1516.

The 1-reale is about 23-27mm in diameter and 3.1gr
The 2-reale is about 32-32.5mm in diameter and 6.4gr
The 4-reales is about 1.25 inch in diameter and 13.7 gr

I have only seen these coins in silver. I have never seen one in gold. I wonder if yours could be a brass or billon (silver alloy).
