Attribution/identification of 4 real cob

May I ask your thoughts about possible attribution of this 4 real cob piece?
Just hope particular design features could help to determine the possible date range for this one.

Minted in Toledo. Not enough of the peripheral legend is visible to ascertain under which reign it was minted. The castle is detailed enough for those who study design elements enough to nail down an assayer, hopefully.

Just curious, how did you come up with Toledo as mint? The reason I ask is please tell what it is that made you come to that determination...so that original poster or others may understand what tipped you off.
Also, can you rule out Seville mint? I love cobs.
