NOOB NEEDS HELP

I was given this as a gift many years ago. Curiosity has finally gotten the best of me. I never tried to ID the coin for fear that it was a fake. The woman who gave me the coin has passed on and I think it's time to find out. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Don. I've been afraid to ask for twenty years. I live in Stuart, FL in the heart of the treasure coast, I see a lot of shipwreck coins in this area but the number of fakes has gone through the roof.

In addition, it has a dual date 167X and 77. The assayer was Antonio de Ergueta during the reign of Charles II. Your piece is genuine.

Hard to fake the look of "real" age, and real wear.
