    Beach find, could this be real

    I was pretty excited when I pulled it up but then noticed the pendant hole. could it be authentic?

    The pendant hole wold not necessarily mean that it's fake. However, it looks like it's a fake anyway because the coin is probably made of pewter and the silver is flaking off.

    Looks like it might have had some kind of gold plating that's coming off...
