Found this today. Can anyone here tell me anything about this Cobb?

Phillip V, Mexico mint. It has a reverse border similar to other 1700 cob coin planchets from the Mexico mint. 1700 to 1746.

It must be a half-real because of the monogram on it. One reals have a regular shield. Probably rare, and some of these were found on 1715 wrecks.

Cuzcosquirrel is right...Philip V-1/2 real...looks like the denomination is showing as a fraction 1/2 just to the right of the monogram PvS 1/2.
This puts the date no earlier than 1714.
