King Philip III minted in Toledo, Spain 1620. - "P" assayer -Sigla de Ensaye (I have no idea why a P was used for this assayer).

Others think it is Potosi mint with T assayer ?



It's not. First your Hapsburg shield side is upside down in the photo. 2nd, the mainland Spanish mints had a different design than the colonial mints. Third, the circle over T (when orientated correctly) is the Toledo mint mark.

I'm not perfect when it comes to cob ID. But I'm 100% confident in the information I gave.
