Schmelzer Baseball Bat Age

I'm trying to determine the approximate date for my Schmelzer baseball bat. I have found information on the Schmelzer Arms Co., Vintage Baseball Glove Forum ? View topic - Schmelzer Arms Sporting Goods, but not on the bats. Since the company went bankrupt in 1930 I know the bat would be earlier than that. The pictures provide more information than I could describe. Beside the company name and the "A" there are no other markings. The bat is 34-3/4" long and 2" diameter at the barrel. I purchased it at an estate auction and clean it with steel wool and turpentine and then oiled it. The grip was wrapped but in poor shape. I retained the old tape and plan on re-tapping it. Any help would be appreciated.

First thanks for the additional information. If you compare the two logos mine is not as ornate making me think it is later. The style is what I believe whould be from the 1908-1914 time period but again I am not sure.
