Up for sale are my grandparents stamp collection. My grandfather was born in 1922 and served in the Navy. Based off the dates on some of these, they are from 1945-1966. Both my grandparents are passed away. I'm currently in a financial hardship and had to sell my car to come up with rent and utilities. I was let go from my job while they are down sizing and have not been able to find employment. The fact that I had to sell my car has made it almost impossible now. I just payed January's rent with the last bit that I had. I've been building wall art from pallets on here but that is only making me enough to buy food and keep my phone on. Once I can get a car again, I will be moving to South Carolina to be closer to my family and be able to find employment easier. I don't know how much to post these stamps for. I would need $500 for February's rent and $700-$1500 for a used car. I don't know much about the stamps so I layed them out as best as possible for you to look them over. There's a lot! Thank you for taking the time to read

Hate to say it, but not much there, maybe a dollar at best.

For one stamp. I started looking some of them up. The few that I looked up are going for around $1.50 each

If you can get $1.50 or more for any of those stamps, take the money.
To sell on Treasure Net, however, you'll first need to be a Charter Member.
I wish you good luck on your personal situation.

I know you mean well and you have great hope for this venture, but there isn't a single stamp there you can sell for even $1.50 - unless you find someone who has never followed the hobby. I gave 4 times that to a former member here for free just to get his son started in the hobby, spent hours just making sure I didn't send him dupes, even covered the shipping.

It's great to have dreams, yes. But that pile of stamps is not the opportunity you feel it is. You want some more? I've 5 card board boxes full of stamps just like those you're showing.

Stamp collecting as a hobby today is not about the money value anymore, it's about finding enjoyment.

This thread will disappear unless you pay $20 for a Charter Membership.

A couple of suggestions:
1. Keep the stamps for their sentimental value of the relationship you had with your grandfather.
2. Donate the stamps to your local Boy Scouts of America Stamp Collecting Merit Badge counselor.
