I would agree with Slingshot that its German and since there is no value that it very well could be some kind of Cinderella. Bug in philatelic terms in German can mean Crease or Creased..but not sure that applies here.

If I find anything else Ill post again.

Definitely a Cinderella. Didn't find exact stamp but found one with similar markings here:
