Your 3 cent stamps for normal rating date to 1958 proceeding to the 29 cent Joe Louis. All appear to be affixed to cardboard. All except one box lid have been been cancelled (used).

Stamp collecting has lost its' popularity in this world today. The greatest value in the group would be the cardboard with the uncancelled 3 cent stamps. They're uncancelled, and still valid as postage. You could always put the board in water and soak them off.

But by no means does that mean I don't believe this is a great, and somewhat historical find of our postal history.

Today , most commemorative stamps in unused (mint) condition are not worth more than face value. Collectors use their old singles, blocks and sheets of commemoritives stamps as you see here--as a novelty item that is sure to start a conversation. The educational value of these stamps far exceeds their collector's value.

Cool !

I'd just keep it the Way it is.

Just because it's Value is in the Eye of the Beholder,
Doesn't mean 2 People in the Near or Far Future Won't Behold it enough
to start a Bidding war one day.
