silver stamps

I have been given and found about 5 stamp collections in the last 50 years, collected them when I was young, gave my collection to my friend and he cut out all the valuable ones and gave it back, my older brother gave him a whoop in, I clean out houses for a living and people give me collections, I have a collection of solid silver stamps from the 70's, anybody ever hear of them, the melt value is about 50 bucks, they are about 2" by 4" by 1/8", thanks

I havent but they sound cool do you have any pics of them. I actually have a stamp collection two boxes of em way to many to even try to see if any have value but I think they can still be put on envelopes
