Hi,
I came to this site cause it seems like you guys really know what you are talking about!
I was going through some old coins and I found this 1938 nickel. I don’t know much about coins and I know this symbol might have been carved into it later or it could actually represent Native...
Hello, I found this on Coin Beach in Delaware, it rolled up to me in a wave, and I'm wondering if it's something or how to find out?
I don't want to damage it anymore than I possibly already have and it's so encrusted. A chunk came off and it looks like it removed the top a bit in travel...
I found what appears to be cast iron with Pennies inside. I found it using my Garrett ace 250 and when I put the coil towards the top hole it registers as a penny clvery consistently. Unfortunately it seems to be encased in cast iron all around so I don't know what's inside. It doesn't rattle at...
These are coins I found in a Coin Star on May 18th. The coins amount to $1.55 in clad USD and $1 in Australian coins consisting of two large fifty cent peices.
I was finally able to clean up some of the coins I found at an old farm in Delaware. I found it a little unusual because several of the coins were Canadian with dates in the 1950’s - 1960’s. I also found 5 wheat Pennies, 3 from 1940, 1 from 1941 & 1 from 1921. Also found several other coins but...
Hey everyone,
I found this coin in Western Europe.
It is made out of copper and measures about 23mm in diameter (0.9 inches).
Only one bit of detail is visible on one side of the coin.
Here's a close-up of the only bit of detail.
It's a long shot but I know there's an ID somewhere out...
Found another scattering of 1oz copper bullion coins in the surf, and one was a bitcoin! Easiest $20,000 I ever made. 🤣
Also, yes, I know it's not actually worth $20,000, it's just a piece of copper :D
Found these scattered all over the place today. Ended up with eight in total. No silver or gold ones unfortunately. Who collects copper rounds? The markup in comparison to the actual metal weight is outrageous! People pay $5-$10 for 35 cents worth of metal!? I don't get it. Wish who ever...
Yesterday I spent 5 hours metal detecting at a beach. I found 13oz of lead, some modern coins, and a coins line of wheat pennies! There are 14 wheat pennies total and one has a mint error!
Hello, I have this coin made from copper. I need help identifing the origin of this coin and from which century it is.
It has been found in North Africa, Libya.
I need help identifing how much does it worth as well
I was doing some backyard digging when I came across this coin. It looks very old, I can't read what it says. Does anyone know anything about this beauty? Trash or TREASURE?!
Found this in the seaweed wash up area of the beach, with historic significance in the northeast. Resembles designs found on reales or other old coins although i am stumped and have no idea what this is. Rings up 54-60 on my AT max and as jewelry/coins on my minelab. There is some coral or sand...
