I recently bought a brand new Tesoro Deleon. When it arrived one of the battery holders (holds 4 AA's) was cracked. I informed my dealer. He suggested I look locally to try to find one. No luck, not even Radio Shack.
He ended up sending me one no charge. I decided to look for some and acquire some spares to hold extra batteries for a quick field change if necessary, and in case cracking occured again.
I checked on the Internet and found a source. I got some from a company called Futurlec. The price was 35 cents each plus shipping. Total cost about $5.40 U.S.
They are almost identical, and now I have two sets of battery holders for this summer.
