dfx on the beach and not balancing

I tried the dfx for the first time on the jersey bay beach. I used the coin jewery beach preset and it didn't balance it said it was going to set to preprogram mode. then i used the coin program and went down the line with the presets. non of them balanced. but it balanced inland. Any suggestions
