Just bought one today used. Anyone have a website or know where I can get an owners manual? Seems simple enough but some odd things about it:
1. Has an on/off switch inside but when turned off, detection doesn't work but the LED and spotter light still do.
2. There is a black circle,....looks like it can be popped off in the back that says adjustment, but the knob on it seems to adjust the sensitivity. Strange.

Thoughts on this pinpointer in general?? My first one.

Allen, I have the sherlock and it is a great pinpointer. I have used the bullseye and
a few others side by side and the depth is equal. The light is nice to when you down
in a hole. The switch is not an on and off switch. It turns off the audio if you dont
want the noise like if your detecting around people who may not want to hear a constant
beeping. This way you can still use the light as a visual indicator.
I have had two(wore the first one out) and have never messed with the adjustmen in
back. Hope that helps:)
