I have a Bounty Hunter Pioneer 202 (cant affoard the good stuff),.. went to use it today, and nothing. It won't power on or light up,...nothing. I did notice,...when i pulled the coils cable off the unit,...then it would turn on. It shows all the LED arrows though,...and they stay on. It's kinda like it knows there is no coil signal. Any other people have similiar experiances? I think my coil might be bad,...just not sure. I hate to spent money on a coil,...and no. Thanks...

Try new batteries if you've not already. Otherwise, yep, try a new coil. Look around and you might find one cheap on Craigs list or similar postings.
