Are you trying to modify a different detector to use the AT Pro headphones?

No,I want to mount a pair of GG Amphibians with the AT Pro plug to a 1280X.If I can't find the connector,I'll hard wire them.Detector Pro only uses/has the plug end and I probably won't get a response from Garrett untill next week.Researching google has turned up nothing.

Might be able to find one from a company called Amphenol. They have been in the connector business for many years.

Does anyone know where to find the waterproof 2 pin bulkhead connector for AT Pro headphone connector? I have a set of headphones with the AT Pro plug, but need the other end that mounts in the detector box.
Thanks

You won't find the female for they were only made for the garrett machines and last I heard Garrett will not sell them. The male you may find for it was on the GGA's. I had several males years ago for I helped design the GGA's, and even made a endcap for the xcalibur using the fitting you needed from the male with the protective cap.

Made a few adapters using the garrett male..no longer do any of this work.

SD51: Thanks for the tip

OBN: I saw that in their info about the connectors being "manufactured to exact Garrett standard".Thought I might find them somewhere on the net. NOT ! If Garrett won't sell me one, then I'll hardwire it to my 1280x.Thanks guys for your help.

You can always change both sides with a standard IP68 plastic connector or military type "Crown" one.
