Hello and welcome.

Is your Nox new? I noticed with mine the first charge seemed to take forever. Now when I charge it it's ready in an hour or so.

Update I sent it to minelab and they repaired it and it's still doing the same thing!!! Wondering if I didn't get scammed at the repair center by Minelab

They sent me a new pod but I am wondering if they just didn't put the old battery back inside

maybe you should measure voltage on your charged battery, and the voltage of charging without battery. You wold be able to tell if your battery doesn't reach final voltage any more, or is it the problem with chargeing circuit.

If you still have problems, call Minelab as its still under warranty. I can' think of anything left to do.
