Locating property help

All i have is the road name and my great grandfather's first and last name, how can i find the house he owned on the road? Would a local county office know and anyone have a estimate of what it might cost.?

go to the register of deeds office and backtrack the property owners, they may even be able to do a computer search...this is usually a free sevice

Took a lot of digging but i found this but i cant really figure out where the land is, theres no address as far as i can tell but a tract of land not sure where to go from here

looking at Tax Maps at local court house will be able to put you exactly were you need to be. You have all the information required. Free if you do the looking yourself. I'm not sure if it costs anything if they do the looking.
