Does the Delta 4000 and the Fisher F2 use the same coils

You won't hurt anything but if you get one to work at all it won't be optimal.
Different frequencies and electronics, many have switched coils between brands and they work perfectly but many times something isn't perfect...depth, ID's, whatever.

Nothing to lose if you try and the screw on connectors are the same, however, big money for the correct Greek coil to fit on that Delta.

Nope, F2 is 5.9 kHz Teknetics is 7.8 kHz I believe.
