Ok. This is either too funny or it'll creep u out like a red helium balloon tied to a sewer grate. The other day I took my Patriot out for a spin...just to learn the machine...y'know...anyhow just an abandoned house. The only thing turns up is a Kwikset KW-1 key. So far so good. When I turn it over it is a store brand. Now, I'm retired LEO/Corrections. But I retired finally from a True Value here in Maine.
Yep, flipped it over...my firdt find eith the new machine is a True Value Kwikset. I was staring at it going, "really? No. I mean REALLY??"
Told my wife & guys at the store. Everybody just cracked up laughing.

I recently just moved into my home here in Florida. A house built back in 1960. When I put my new Equinox 800 together and tried it out for the first time in my front yard. The first thing I found was an old brass key ...that unlocked my front door
