The Compadre is a very good detector for its price range. Simple to use and just performance.

Got one as a back up, but the other day I took my daughter out to a local playground and dug modern coins for a few hours. What really amazed me was that the compadre with its stock 5.7 inch coil can pick up tiny paper staples... :icon_thumleft:. Knowing this I knew if their was small jewelry , I would not miss it with the compadre. Its light and easy to use, all around good detector.
