I haven't heard of any field tests on the Outlaw yet. Neither the Vaquero or Outlaw would be good for the wet sand, manual GB or not. Wet saltwater sand causes detectors to be unstable and add to this the various amounts of black sand and VLF detectors go crazy. Any detector will work well for the dry sand and you don't need a pinpoint if you have a good scoop.

Or what would be a cheaper alt for the sov gt for dry/wet sand with discrimination
