First silver coin ever. I have been over this property with my whites. But I upgraded to the tesoro vaquero and look what I found. No date on it. It has worn off but it has the 3 stats on back and d mint mark. I can't get an exact date on it but I'm still extremely happy with it being my first silver. Also found a 1910 wheat penny.

It was about 6-7" And there was a 1910 wheat penny right beside it pretty good I'm new to coin shooting. I mostly hunt relics and civil war stuff. But I think I'm going to do a lot more coin hunting now it was definitely exciting and found lots of clad while I was at it.

Do you know if it picked up the silver or the wheat?

I found the wheat first. And just happened to run the detector over the hole before I filled it in and it was still giving a good ring and out came the quarter a little deeper.

Those Standing Liberty quarters wear out too easily. I found one last year and I could only tell it was one because it had the faint outline. Otherwise, it looked like a slug.
