Vaquero compared to Golden umax?

I'm a heavy Tesoro user, but haven't used the Golden. However, I'll venture an opinion here. If a person was going to have just one machine, I'd lean towards the Vaquero because of the adjustable ground balance and it does get more depth than the Golden. The Golden, on the other hand, even though it has a factory pre-set ground balance, does have a tone ID system that many love and it seems to do quite well on coins in parks etc. I doubt that under most field conditions one could make a case that either is noticeably better on coins or on jewelry over the other at least until depth or ground mineralization becomes an important issue. Just my two bits.
