I know the subject has been beat to death, but when is Tesoro going to release their new toy. Looking hard at putting another horse in the stable and don't want to throw a saddle on the old gray mare if a race horse is coming.

If it has a screen I am not sure I really want one. I got rid of a high end detector with a screen a few months ago, just drove me nuts. Like to just listen to the sound and make my own mind up. Purchased a Badido II really like it but use my Silver the most I have had it for 6 years now so hard to leave it at home...

Amazing how divided hunters are on having VDI isn't it sandnut. I use a T2 and frequently skip objects that I feel fairly certain are tabs etc. In reality there is no telling how much I have missed by doing so. I have no doubt it has saved me digging lots of trash, but at what cost. Sure have been thinking about getting a Vaquero or similar myself for a back-up/loaner machine. In really old sites and CW sites I dig it all above iron and intentionally dig the big iron sometimes. I will admit I like having a machine with a meter and won't deny it, but as we all know thumbing the discriminate serves the same purpose on the signals if you want an better idea before digging.

TNGUNS, I nearly asked the same before I viewed this thread.
I called Tesoro mid Jan hoping for any answer on the expected "Cazador? Was told early early spring. Guess problems have happened. I can't get any word on a release date or what type of detector it is.
We need Mr. Solomon!
Thanks
Peace
