Tejon settings for different situations

I recently bought a tejon second hand. It seems to be a very nice machine and I've already made a couple nice finds with it. I put on the 10x12 and it seems deep, and accurate. My question is where do you guys set both disc. Settings in different sites.

I guess my list would be....

Parks
Fields
Farmhouses/iron pits


These are pretty much all I hunt. Thanks for any info.

I don't think their is any one setting. Generally, i set the first disc setting below nickel and keep the other just past pull tab. It is rare for me to actually toggle between settings because i find rolling the first knob up and down to be more effective in determining if i want to dig or not.

I only use my Tejon for relic hunting in fields, my settings: disc 1 all metal and dig everything unless overwhelmed with iron junk...then adjust disc accordingly.
