Tesoro Lobo Supertrac not working - Please help

Howdy all,
I'm new to the site and was hoping to get some help with my detector. I have a Supertrac and it doesn't work anymore. I turn it on and nothing. I plug in headphones thinking that maybe the external speaker is dead but still nothing. New batteries as well and still won't work. I just looked and saw they are no longer in business.
Any ideas on where to go for help?

I was not happy with him the last time i sent a detector to him i thought it was never going to come back it took so long. Then it was still doing the same thing it was when i sent it to him after i got it back.
