I just picked up a Mojave and a Compadre nib from eBay. I’m very impressed with the Mojave. It will disc out bottle caps with the foil on them and still ring loud and clear on the gold.

They really did make a good detector in the Mojave. I bought one from what was probably the first batch made, about a week after they were announced. It found two, Barber silvers (dime and quarter) the FIRST DAY I tried it! Of course, my other Tesoros would have found those too, but it’s a nice way to break in a brand new detector. ^_^
