Do you ever hunt around the llano area?? i climb at Enchanted rock a lot but have not hunted the river bed system that runs through there.... would love to come up sometime and hunt with you sometime

I also live in G-town.... I am new to detecting so I do not know any "good spots" I do however have a great idea of a place to search. Just off of IH35. Not sure of how to get permission to hunt b/c I do not know who owns the land. And not to mention there are NO Trespassing signs posted. :-(
ANYways.... I am interested in getting together with someone who would like to do some treasure hunting. I know this town has a LOT of history, and I am sure a lot of buried items :-)
