Hey everyone Thom just called right now he is in real need of prayers! His mom has had a stroke she lives in VA. and as alot of you know hes in CO. at this point he does not need to get on his way to her but, there is some motor skills damage. He was able to speak to her this am which is good. He will let us know how things are but, he knows the family of T-neters on here will be sending prayers so I am asking you all his mom and Thom need us right now. Jan is his wonderful moms name!

your prayers and good thoughts are helping already.
The information is slow to come in ...but thursday she suffered several strokes
within minutes of each other, on the way to the hospital she had a Miocardial infarction (heart attack)
she is awake and vocal but the left side is rigid .
she will be in hospital for a few more days and much to my poor Dad's dismay she has to go to an asisted living home for a while as she can't even feed herself yet. With the paralisis she is having trouble swallowing. and she will be a while before she can navigate the stairs at the house.
they say 3 to 5 weeks with assisted PT before she can start living at home.
as the tests get completed and the news is clarified I will update.
Thom just called said Merry Christmas and to share the good news, his mom got moved yesterday to the asst. living center and she was walking on her own all over and at the hospital before she left .... got in trouble for doin it on her own! ...... Now we know where Thom gets it from... hehe! We love you Thom and wouldn't have it any other way!

New update the paralisis on the left side is creating some swallowing problems and fluid build up they are working on a diet to help stop this> we are still praying for your mom Thom and for your family!
