Need Prayers and Suggestions UPDATED 3-02-09

hey its me again for those who dont know i been fighting with chest illness for quite some time since oct 08 well i woke up this morning and i had a 102 fever so i knoew not good well was coughing and wezzing so i went to a doc in box here ( am at parents dealing with dad ) well i have yet again got my self a cause of very bad broncitis . i know i know take care of my self . he told me today that there is alot of scareing on my lungs and if i keep haveing this ( this is 3 case since i was in hospital in dec ) that i will be put onsome kind of breathig treatments at home he stoped short of saying on oxygen full time but said for me to watch it. so could yall send prayers and thoughts up for me i think this is gonna be a rough ride for me with all this . alo ona side note dad i doing alot better he got his oygen last monday and he is doing better but they still say that his heart is just puttering out and all . so please keep m and mine in prayers for while yet to come

ad on the suggestions does anyone have one to as what i can do to try to keep the chronic bronctis down to a minium i already stay away from smoke and purfumes and pollen anddust and other irritans i can . do yall knowof maybea herbal treatment i could try i hate putting alt hese antibotics in my system ty inadvance for any info yall can give me

Just prayed for you.

I've only had bronchitis once in my life; last year. It was pretty bad. I took the antibiotics for a few days, then stopped (I hate medicine)
With enough basic medication, my body was able to fight it off. I don't like taking pills because I feel that they detract from my immune system and my body's ability to heal itself. You can only take so much antibiotics before your body won't be effected by it anymore, then you're in serious trouble because it also won't be able to fight off those infections. I wish I knew of a suggestion to offer, but I don't. I would think though, that it would be beneficial though to look for alternative means to stop the bronchitis from returning again and again.

I have been told that those hep a filters are really good the filters for the machines are expenses I've been told but a lot of people use them to clean the air they are small you can put one in living room one in bed rooom ect. or just move them they are light and dont take up alot of room. Mask when you go out! And ask the Dr. about house fiberbs, I say this because I have a friend that after working at her job for years became allergic to almost everything they had to remove carpet the couch get non cloth material got a leather and a different matteress! It was bad but now she can at least go out with out a mask and is alot better.

I too have had problems in your area of concern

you have a lot on your personal plate and need to watch the internal stress on your body. Try getting out walking or exercising some. 45- 60 minutes works wonders for me and make sure you get rest as well.

I will absolutely be praying for you pretty lady! You might see if you can find a chiropractor/naturopath that uses NutriWest supplements and see what would work best for you. I know the EHB supplement kicked the tar out of my bronchitis when I had it and if the other folks that work with these products are as helpful as Dr David is for me then I am sure they will find something that will help ya without all of the antibiotics. I honestly won't go anywhere else anymore unless I were to be hit by a car or something...then I would go to the ER and get patched then go to Dr David to get healed back up. I can't say enough good things about him and how he deals with things and he truly cares about the people he treats and makes it obvious.....don't find that with most other doctors. I have learned a lot from him and like you said, his website has a lot of good info on it too! I have been trying to get him started on tnet and taking his kids out with us sometimes. He sounds interested.

well got to bad last night so went in to er here in tn ( am up with hubby so wont be alone withthis ) well he said it wasnt getting any better so he gave me 2 shots of antibotics and a shot of steriods and then gave me 3 breathing treatments at one time . talk about pinging off walls . but at least iwould breath with it not feeling like someone sitting on chest . so he sent me home with a script for a puffer and sterids and then a zpack plus what iam still on from the other doc . talk about going to be med up for while . lol well he also said same thing i will prob have bad scareing from this so might be on home breathing treatments we will just have to see i go see my reg doc when i get back home next week . so please still keep me in prayers this looks like a long road for me

well i went to doc yet agian today they put me on another puffer and antibotic and then a cough med pill . i will have to go back at end of week to set up a lung function test to just see how bad my ungs are . its got so i cant breath good at all i cant do house work with out get hot and then coughing head off . this is getting mighty
old but hey at least iam alive hu love yall and please keep me in thoughts
