Last night I was watching the kids, and we got quite a scare Hunter hes 8 some of you have met him! Well when he gets tired he just goes and gets a
pillow and goes to bed. Hunter has some vision problems among others, well he went to go get in his little sisters bed they all camp out in it on the week end since its the biggest. We think he slipped on the satin spread and hit his head on the rail he was crying did not see anyting mom and dad are coming thru the door and went to the living room his dad saw it a lump on the side on his head, now this was all in a matter of 2 to 3 min.'s so off they went to ER later after the CAT scan and other test (they had to internet to somewhere) since we on a weekend had NO ONE to read them here, they called and said hes ok and they were coming home, I am asking for prayer because I don't trust this hospital! Last time he was cked there a new Dr, had him rushed to Wichita Ks. and he was ok with them up there and the time before this Dr from last night hes is bad didn't really look at him and he ended up being life flighted 1 and 1/2 weeks later, same Dr. when Kirstin was cked (she jumped off a fence) he said she was faking being hurt (she is 6 ) well the next week Okla. City childrens called and said they wanted to look at her leg injury! (her private Dr, here had seen the test and sent them in! So I am asking for prayer that the test are right and that he REALLY is OK!
Thanks!

prayers for your grandson & you. we have a hospital here that is the same. Don't trust them!! get him to another doc if you can. Even if they made the right call, you will at least feel better.
Thanks mamabear I am sure that his private Dr. will see the tests this week and will send them to the city but, its just scary, talked to his mom a few minutes ago and she said swelling is about all gone but, I am still worried about internal bleeding and fracture he has had one before they missed but with the test being sent off last night I am praying it is ok! Big bro and little sis and I were praying last night called a friend from church (did not know she was out of town Oops) but as the kids were cking him in to the ER an elder from church was right there with them it gave them soooo much peace! Please just keep the prayers up!

Thanks everyone! He kept the ice pack on the knot all night so its all gone and he is being his normal little ornery self today! I am still praying and asking for prayers till sometime this week when his regular Dr. looks at the test. Thank You all so-so much!

My goodness, MG, I just now looked into this forum. Tell that little Hunter he now has an Uncle Robert and Aunt Maria up in Colorado, and we're a thinking about him. She can teach him Spanish and how to cook, and I, well, I'm a bad influence. But I am just the kind of uncle everybody would like to have. What kind of gun would he like to have and does he like to go fishin? God bless y'all, later.
Oh no between an Uncle like you and a Papa like Jeff the rest of us are in deep trouble, as for Hunter he and his big bro and little sis they love Mexican food sis the spicier the better! They love to be out doing anything fishing, camping, detecting, swinging, Hunter will get a chance to learn to ride that bike this summer with his sis we got her one for her BD last week, as for big bro we will start a prayer post for him next month he is going to have a leg lengthening operation in May! So we are taking him away for a couple of weekend getaways before! Last summer the kids were out all the time! Hunter likes- liked Dora the Explorer he was counting in Spanish before he did English! And great news he passed they all did he will be in the second grade next year with the teacher we wanted and his worker will stay with him! YEA! But, as for the influence on him from you and your wife it is welcomed more that welcomed!
