I copied this from Facebook and I am asking you all to read and tell your friends on here and FB then PRAY for Jaxson an his family!

More Info Jaxson's Story:
Jaxson was born in May 2010 with Craniosynostosis A disorder where the plates in his skull fused prematurely. He will be having surgery in KC in Late July to remove part of his skull to allow him to grow. At this time he will also be fitted for a cranial helmet that he will wear for a year. The Hurley’s will need to travel back and forth from Belle Plaine to KC, every week for the next several months and then mont...hly. We would like to help them out by collecting what we can for them in there time of need. Thanks so much for anything you can give. Jaxson is the son of Dennis and Jennifer Hurley and the brother of Alex and Karli Hurley. I am putting out donation buckets around town. Some ideas that we are thinking about doing..."back to school dance and game night" , taking orders for "BPHS is Dragon Country" signs for the yard, bake sale. Please send me any ideas you might have. If you would like to help out please let me know I would love to add your name to the list. Remember what would you want us to do if this was your child. PAY IT FORWARD ....In hopes we never need this kind of help but know we have great friends if we do need

Thanks for posting that Cyn. I haven't heard anything this afternoon and didn't see any updates on FB.

Just posted again on Facebook so you might have already seen it but he is in the PICU at the hospital and had a transfusion so they will try and get him home as soon as possible, maybe Thursday but not tomorrow like they had hoped. Unfortunately that is just the beginning of this whole process, that is why I sat up the chipin account.....lots of weekly trips to the doc to have his cranial helmet adjustments and such still to come. Keep on praying for all of them and sending your love folks...long haul ahead!

we got bad news at about 3 this morning. Jaxson stopped breathing, it took them about 5 minutes to get him breathing again. they have taken him off morphine and now have him on Oxycodone. which has made a big difference. they are getting ready to move him from PICU to a regular room and his specialist came in and looked him over and said he can probably go home on Friday.
since the surgery, he looks totally different. I'll post some pictures later
thanks for sharing your prayers and thoughts with my family
