We just got back from the hospital a little while ago. Dad's doing better, coughing up junk and getting his color back. They have him on O2 and antibiotics in IV solution. They don't know yet if it's bacterial or viral but they're doing some X-rays tomorrow to check on lung progress. Him getting out and doing stuff along with the 20-30* temp variations here from day to day hadn't helped his health. With luck, he'll probably be released Thursday.
He wanted me to thank you so much for the prayers and well wishes.

Last New Year's I was in the hospital with the same thing, so I know how he's feeling. It knocked the wind outa me for a while; so expect he'll be tired, weak for a bit. Didn't he have heart problems a while back?

Yes he did. He had a quadruple bypass and an anueruism repair after a major heart attack.

Dad maybe getting out tomorrow, we hope so they are pretty good where hes at so they will only let him out if hes ok! The wind here os gusting up to 35-40 miles per hour, so even though its supposed to get up tp 60-- tomorrow it will feel colder, so we'll see. We just keep praying. Thanks so much for all your prayers thats what keeps people going!
