Prayers please
As a few of my close Tnetter friends know, I'm in the process of a divorce. I'm trying to get through this with dignity, strength, and serenity.....and hope for our future.
Could you please say a prayer or two for my family to give us strength to get through this. I have three children....all young adults.....who are struggling at this tough time.
Could you pray for my husband, too.

Re: Prayers please
Thinking of you during this time...
You are the picture of dignity and strength already...
Praying for you, the kids, and hubby... and your other family members that they have the wisdom to properly support you as well. Also that those close to you can lift you up and help you when you need an ear to bend.

Re: Prayers please
You will surely be in our thoughts. Keep in mind that while you are going thru this right now, it does take time to heal ( I always say 2 good years so don't make any rash decisions). When you are done grieving...you will be a stronger person.

Re: Prayers please
Truly a bummer. Dignity, strength, and serenity usually don't go with divorce, so I hope you are able to maintain those qualities. We can't control what happens to us, just how we react. Stay positive and try not to let this change who you are and what you stand for. Your children will be looking to you for support and guidance. I am praying for all of you to find peace and strength at this difficult time. I wish you all the best.

Re: Prayers please
Yes.
It just takes time to get through it...
Go out and do something... physical activity... NOT keyboard camping!
It will help.

Re: Prayers please
Lisa,
Sorry to hear this news. Prayers are being sent for you, your children, and even your husband. Trust that we are all here for you and that you will be our thoughts and prayers for the weeks to come. There is power in prayer. Hang in there and take one day at a time.
