My Friend Needs Prayer and God's Intervention if He choses

To My Dear Friends

I have a dear and very close friend named Eddie E, he has been diagnosed with bone cancer about a month ago or so, he has started chemo and was scheduled to go to John Hopkins for a bone marrow transplant. He has had a rough time health wise once it has been discovered.

Last Tuesday morning he was rushed to the hospital from home by ambulance, he could not move his legs and was very weak. Friday night/Saturday he developed or a blood clot was discovered in his brain, and they had to do emergency surgery. Today he is on life support and has very little brain activity.

I am asking you all to pray for his wife, Shawn as she will have some tough decisions her own to maybe make soon concerning my buddy. Pray for his family as they have flown in and some like his momma are very bitter with God on why him. Please also pray for my friend as I didn't think his work for our Lord was done yet. But only God can make that choice not me. Though I will try to understand and be faithful, I will be deeply sadden to lose my friend even with the promise and knowing I will see him again.

I just came from there been there all day, they have had a request of no visitors so he could get his rest the last few weeks so I have respected that. I glad I went today anyway as his family has struggles just between themselves.

Extremely hard to see my friend like he was, blessed that I had several alone times with him during the day. Also grateful that I got to say what I wanted to say and what I needed to say.

From my time today with him in the SINU I believe he is home already and was just looking down listening to me. As I left this evening I did the only thing I could think of to let him know I cared and loved my friend. Turned on the TV and switched to the Yankee's game so he could hear it.
