Awesome scores! I wish that I knew collectible items that well so that I could spot great deals, especially on art! I recently picked up a very large and really beautiful landscape Oil Painting signed "Cole" for $7.99 at a local GW store but can't find anything about the painting or really the artist. This artist is not the famed Thomas Cole and not any of the other artists with the last name Cole that we normally associate most of the Oil Paintings by an artist with that last name. I have only found one other Oil Painting online that was apparently done by this artist but it was small and was nowhere the quality of this landscape. I even have a couple of dozen Oil and Water Color Paintings and Prints taking up space in my' home that I purchased at various Estate Auctions and Sales, most of which, I cannot find much information on the artist or the painting. I will see if I can get pics of some of the paintings and prints and post them.

Welcome to Treasurenet! I'm glad to see another LTL join in. I've always said that if you are going to hunt thrift stores on a serious level you need to go daily, at least once if not twice a day even. You've got some great finds there and I'm glad to see someone who is dedicated to the hunt. Nice variety of finds too! I'm not too keen on art, which is a big downfall on my part. When I do find something I like, it's usually worthless or I can't decipher the signature.
