I hit a new Salvation Army thrift store I had not been to before and they had several watches. I saw this automatic sitting there for $2.99 and had to have it. I finally got an automatic from a thrift store. It's a Technos 17 jewel Swiss automatic and It works like a charm. The first picture is how I found it in the second is after I cleaned it and put a black band on it tonight. Nice find. Looks like a well made watch. The bulky design and style of the dial and hands is from the late 60s early 70s. Inspired from the time of the Apollo space missions I believe.?

It is definitely a well made watch and yes it is from the 1960's is my best guess. It is before 1976 when the company changed hands. Here are some more pictures.
