Absolutely. Phasar is the private label brand name for Sears produced by Seiko and possibly other companies. A stainless steel case is a dead giveaway of a better watch.

Good to know. I'm usually bummed when I see a Stainless Steel on a watch, depending on the brand. Had no idea if the Phasar/Sears/ Seiko connection.
