Got this at the ARC last night. It was still on the cart they use to push around the merchandise going on the shelf. It was $7. and change and I rounded it up to 8 bucks as the extra change goes to people in need. It stands 7" tall. and like others I've seen with damaged enamel usually, this one has no condition issues. It's not real old, but I believe it's an Ando made piece. No maker's mark, but others I've found online have an Ando paper label applied to the base. There's cherry blossoms on this side and one little butterfly just to the side you can't see in the picture. I can't believe how the ARC has begun marking up the silver jewelry now. Stuff that once was $3.49 to $5.49 is now marked up to $29.95, $39.95 & $49.95. if it has sterling or .925 on it it's all marked high now. Misc. Jewelry bag are now as much as $79.95. I guess there selling to someone, because many they put out at those high prices are gone the next time I scan the jewelry cases.

Somebody wanted to brag to ARC they knew about jewelry. See ARC this 925 mean it is Sterling. Oh we did not know that thanks. ARC marks up the price of jewelry. Now the person who let them know what they had is also left out in the cold.

I stopped by an other ARC today and they had a few pieces of silver and they were priced kind of high, but nothing like my local ARC. I saw a fairly heavy looking sterling bracelet marked at $29. & something. I did find a ladies circa early 80s ? Gucci watch for under $4.00. Now I'll open it only to find a leaking battery inside :( That's happen a few times on older quartz watches I've picked up cheap.

Well my wife did say wow! when she saw on the table. She almost never says that about the stuff I bring home.

You can buy a replacement movement for under $25 if you want. Not sure it would be worth it to resell but don't throw it away. Bundle all your watches that don't work and sell them for parts on eBay.

Had the same thought. I found a ladies Raymond Wiel for around this price at the same thrift. I put a battery in and it was a (no go). Iooked closely at the movement and saw it had a scar on the coil where someone must have struck it with something sharp popping the back off. I looked up that same ETA movement and found a few priced under $20. I sold it as-is mentioning you can buy that replacement movement. I sold to a guy in Australia, who I could see sells lots of watches on eBay for $120. I'm sure he was going to fix and resale it because it was a pretty expensive watch when new.

I have quite a few ladies name brand Swiss watches now and I'll probably do exactly what you said put them all together in a bundle. If I ever get around to selling on eBay again.
