The first one could be Catherine J Meyer or Mayer Myer. The second one could be a print.

Looks like the pearle fidler la munyan is a bust. There are multiple different ones on eBay all under $10

The 'bright-eyed' print was published and distributed by Edward Gross who had an office at 118 E. 16th St., NYC from 1908 to 1951.
Pearle died in 1935--so the print was made between 1908 and 1935.

Thanks for the help with the second

I have searched the names given for the first print and the styles don't really seem to fit. Anyone else have anything on the first?
