Looks like one of the mechanical dive watches from the 70's. Nice looking but not too valuable. Of course everything with watches is about the movement. We will need to see that to be sure.

For sure. I had a friend who works in a jewelry shop replace batteries for me (for free). Well, he didn't put the gasket back on, and I got a nasty PM that the G-Shock was not water proof. Now I warn people that it might not be.
