Need help on this one

Picked up these two board games. Both exactly the same. And both still in original wrapping. I paid $2.14 for both.
What intrigues me is the original price tag is still on the wrapping. It says “C.K. Mart” and “$105.00” on the sticker.
Does anyone know what this could be, and is it valuable? Thanks!
