Hello all! I spotted this piece at a thrift store today, and not knowing anything about English hallmarks I thought I’d post it here for the experts. Can anyone tell me if this is sterling or not, and is it English? Thanks in advance!

They are not British hallmarks. E.G. Webster & Son. Some of their stuff is somewhat valuable.

These are called pseudo-hallmarks. Always plated.
