So when I initially picked this up it was very heavy, turned it over and saw the stamp but I could not read it. I figured it said Napier like a lot of the ones I see. Also, the pin was steel in color so I never gave it too much thought. Because of the nice yellow color and the obvious craftsmanship I checked it out with the loupe really quick and was almost craping my pants when I saw 18k Italy! I don’t know what the strawberries are maybe some sort of plastic or maybe a low grade precious coral?? Idk... never even knew about coral until I started looking into brooches. I tried getting good pics for you all with my loupe.

Two of the leaves had 150 hand etched/scratched onto it above and below the 18k stamp. Could only get a good picture of one etch.

I got this and two other sterling bracelets. The rope bracelet was stained by something else that was steel on the clasp hiding the 925 marking. I guess the sorters assumed it was fake. The other one with the stones was broken in the past and a plated clasp was put on it which made it look fake.... but the actual link itself was stamped India 925.

Nice find. I was going to say that the scratched "150" is more than likely a "750", which is another common mark for 18k. However, I blew up the photo and don't really see any evidence of that. Does look like 150.
